Box Office & Ticketing

Box Office & Ticketing Policies

BOX OFFICE HOURS

Our box office is open 2 hours prior to door on any show day, as well as 10am-1:30pm & 2:30pm-4:30pm Thursdays and Fridays.

If a show day falls on a Thursday or Friday, we will be open at 10am and remain open until about halfway through the show.

Please note that if you have WILL CALL tickets or are on a guest list, your tickets will only be available for pickup on the day of show, 2 hours prior to the scheduled show time.

AGE RESTRICTIONS

Age requirements differ depending on the event. All age requirements are listed on our online event calendar. If no age restriction is listed, the event is all ages.

Children of all ages are welcome (with an admission ticket) at family-oriented concerts and performances. Children under the age of 1 who are unable to sit on their own are free, unless otherwise specified under the specific event’s details. Appropriate adult supervision is always required for children. Please provide ear protection for children.

For any concerts and performances that may not be suitable for young children, venue management reserves the right to refuse admission for any reason, including concerns about safety.

Children of any age may NOT attend a "18 and up" or "21 and up" concert or performance.

ID REQUIREMENTS

A valid ID is required to attend any age restricted events and to consume alcohol. Accepted forms of identification include state-issued ID or Driver’s License, valid non-expired US Government or Military ID, or an official passport.

The Magnolia has a very strict underage drinking policy that follows state law, and if you do not have acceptable ID that states your age at 21 or older, you will be considered the same as a minor and will not be able to purchase, consume or possess alcohol in the venue. Violators will be removed from the building without warnings and will not be eligible for a refund.

DOOR TIMES AND SHOW START TIMES

Generally, the main time you see displayed on each event is the door time. Show time is normally 1 hour after doors. Please check out the Event Details on the ticketing page for more detailed information.

NOTE: All times are subject to change. Please check our social media accounts for the most up to date information on the day of show as each event is different.

WILL CALL TICKETS

All guests picking up tickets at Will Call must show two forms of identification (Photo ID and the credit card used to purchase the tickets) and their ticket confirmation number.

Tickets are not transferable. The original ticket purchaser must go back to the original point of purchase to make the change. If you are a radio contest winner, guest of someone in the band, or a VIP client, please touch base with your original point of contact and they will get in touch with us to make any changes on your behalf.

CANCELLED OR RESCHEDULE SHOW REFUNDS

If you’re looking to obtain a refund for a show that was either canceled or rescheduled, visit www.livenation.com/refund for more information. If you purchased tickets at the box office, please email us at TheMagnolia@LiveNation.com.

Unless a show cancels or changes time by more than two hours, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact the point of purchase for inquiries.
